Singing is our birthright yet, for many of us, our voices were shut down early on with varying messages ultimately telling us to keep quiet. Today you may find it difficult, at best, to sing even one note let alone enjoy the benefits of raising your full voice in authentic song.

In song circle, you are given permission to sing loudly and with exhuberance while everyone who is listening practices complete non-judgment. Eventually, moment to moment, breath to breath, you begin to fully express your authentic self through your "spirit song". Lyndsey Watson (having just recently returned from 7 years in Arizona) has been teaching this way of song for over 20 years. She creates a safe, sacred space for each participant to reclaim their voice. Lyndsey is a master at leading simple, joyful songs and taking groups into deep, meaningful connection.

Results of the continuous practice of this free and authentic singing are, in most cases, immediate and can include:

• increased enjoyment of your unique singing voice
• improved listening skills
• a deepening awareness and appreciation of your authentic self
• greater ease in letting go of judgment of self and others, and
• release of emotional blocks, thereby reducing internal tension
